The terms below are in in addition to our general terms.
- Paid on time: Payment for the goods or services has been received by Invona from the Customer by the corresponding invoice's due date.
- Service start date: Where a service start date is not provided by Invona, the invoice date of the first invoice for a service being purchased will be the start date.
Where domain renewals are included with services that we offer, we are happy to cover up to £20 (excluding VAT) of the renewal fee that we are charged. If the renewal costs us more than £20, we will bill the remainder to the customer.
Where services include annual entitlements, such as domain renewals or Web service time, these will be available from the service start date for a year following. If the service has been in place for over a year, the entitlements will become available for a year at the beginning of each consecutive year from the service start date. If the service is terminated and not upgraded before either a full year has been paid on time from the service start date and since each anniversary of the service date, we reserve the right to bill for used annual entitlements for each year not paid on time. Annual entitlements may include Web service time (chargeable at the Web Services rate), and domain renewal.
Web Service Agreements
Unless otherwise agreed, time under our web service agreements accrues for up to 180 days (or 6 months). After this time period, it expires if unused. It will be worked out that your oldest available time is used first (as you would expect).
